TOKYO INTERNATIONAL'S EXPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Products of TOKYO INTERNATIONAL are sold based on FOB (Free on Board) or C&F (Cost and Freight) terms.
• If export inspection is required at the buyer’s country due to import regulations, the buyer must specify the inspection type and requirements before the export.
• A minimum deposit of 50% to 100% of the Total C&F amount is required for shipment processing.
• All transaction fees must be paid fully by the buyer.
• Discounts are available for 100% upfront payment:
  • Discounts apply only for one-time payments.
  • This helps reduce banking charges for both the exporter and the importer.
• Once the shipment is ordered, an SO (Shipping Order or BL Draft) will be supplied to the customer. The customer is responsible for informing any changes to the consignee at this stage.
• Upon receiving the final balance in our account, all necessary import documentation will be dispatched via DHL to the appointed address provided by the buyer. The DHL tracking number will also be supplied.
• The final balance of the total C&F amount must be paid within 1 week after the departure date.
• If the buyer fails to pay the remaining balance within 10 days of the vehicle’s arrival at the importer’s country:
  • TOKYO INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to forfeit the deposit.
  • The unit may be sold to another customer to ensure financial recovery for TOKYO INTERNATIONAL.

DHL Documentation Includes:

• Original Invoice
• Original Export Certificate (Japanese)
• Translated Export Certificate (English)
• Two Copies of the Original BL
• Original Export Inspection Certificate (if required)
